Our City government puts a high priority on helping people effectively participate in civic affairs and work to improve the livability and character of their Neighborhood and the City. To that end, the Office of Neighborhood Involvement was established in 2005 to help residents form neighborhood organizations throughout Palm Springs, to improve communication between citizens and City government, and to facilitate programs and projects of benefit to Neighborhoods and the City.
